Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Every product shows its estimated delivery date for your country before you pay. Your order leaves the partner warehouse within 1 working day, then:

• France and Europe: usually 7 to 15 working days. Each product shows its exact dates.
• Gulf countries: usually 5 to 12 working days.
• Other countries: the date is shown on each product; products that take too long are not offered.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Customs

Outside the EU, some orders may have import duties depending on the order value and your country's rules.

Delays

If your parcel is more than 7 days later than the latest date shown, you can cancel and get a full refund. Write to info@zawda.com.

Several parcels

If your order has products from more than one warehouse, it can arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost.
