Terms of sale
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Who sells
Sales on zawda.com are made by Zawda (staging test), 1 rue du Test, 75001 Paris ("Zawda"). Contact: info@zawda.com. These terms apply to every order placed by a consumer.
2. Products
Each product page describes the product, its price and its estimated delivery date for your country. Products ship from our partner warehouses. Photos are as accurate as we can make them; small colour differences can exist.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your country's currency, including tax where VAT applies. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
4. Ordering
You choose your products, enter your address, pick a payment method and confirm with the order button. You receive a confirmation by email. For cash on delivery we confirm the order by phone or message before it ships.
5. Payment
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Zawda never sees your card details. In some Gulf countries you can pay cash on delivery.
6. Delivery
The estimated date is shown on every product and in your cart. If delivery is more than 7 days later than the latest date shown, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. Details on the Delivery page.
7. Right to change your mind
You have 14 days after delivery to return a product without giving a reason. Write to info@zawda.com or use the form on the Returns page. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us; return postage is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. We refund within 14 days, to the same payment method, once we receive the product or proof of postage. Exceptions: unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, personalised products.
8. Legal guarantees
In the EU every product carries the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product is faulty, we repair, replace or refund it.
9. Disputes
Contact us first: we always look for a solution. If we cannot agree, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [to be completed]. These terms are governed by French law, without removing the protection of the law of your country of residence.
