Sell what you make or stock
List your products, set your prices, ship your orders. Zawda takes the payment and shows your shop to its customers. Fee: 10 % + 0,50 € per order, on the price without VAT.
Sell without stock
Pick products from the Zawda Dropshipping store and choose your own selling price. When a customer orders, the supplier ships the parcel. You never buy stock or pack a box. Tens of thousands of products, with the delivery time shown for each.
Share and earn a commission
Choose products from the Zawda catalogue for your shop page and share your link. Zawda sells, ships and answers customers. You earn 10 % on each sale made through your link.

Customers pay Zawda by card. No payment account to open, no website to build.
A till for your shop and your messages
Sell in person at your shop or a market, or record orders taken on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or by phone. Stock goes down, the customer gets a receipt. Track deliveries and payments still to collect. Scan barcodes with a scanner or your phone camera, print price labels, keep a list of your customers with loyalty points, and send receipts by WhatsApp. Free for vendors.
Live selling
Go live on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. Your products get numbers, viewers type a short link and land on the product. Customers can ask to be reminded when you start. Viewers add products to their basket without leaving the video. Give a discount that only lasts while you are live.

How it works
- Create your seller account and choose how you sell. Zawda checks it before your shop opens.
- Add your products, or pick products from Zawda Dropshipping and set your prices.
- Share your shop link, sell at your till, go live. Every sale shows in your seller space.
- Get paid to your bank account once the parcel is delivered and the return period is over.
Money
Your own products: Zawda keeps 10 % + 0,50 € per order, on the price without VAT. The fee shows on each order before you ship.
Zawda Dropshipping: you set the selling price. You keep the difference between your price and the supplier cost plus the Zawda fee, shown for each product before you sell it.
Each sale goes to your wallet. 14 days after delivery, when it can no longer be returned, you can ask for a transfer to your bank.

For one product on one order, your own products. No monthly fee and no listing fee: Zawda only earns when you sell.
Questions
Do I need a company?
You need to be allowed to sell in your country. In France, a micro-entreprise is enough. You give your company details when you register.
Can I sell my products and dropshipping products together?
Yes. One account can be vendor, dropshipper and reseller at the same time, with one shop page.
Who handles returns?
Customers ask for returns on Zawda. For your own products you agree or refuse and give your return address; for dropshipping products Zawda handles the supplier.
I already sell on Instagram. What changes?
Keep your account and your followers. Send them your Zawda links: they pay by card on Zawda and you see each order in one place, with the orders you take by message in your till.
My shop charges VAT in France. Can I use the Zawda till?
Not yet for payments you take in your shop. French law asks shops that charge VAT and take payments from consumers to use a certified till (NF525 or equivalent), and the Zawda till is not certified yet. Keep your certified till at the counter, and use Zawda for your online shop, your lives and orders paid by card on Zawda. Shops under the VAT exemption (franchise en base) can use the Zawda till.
