What we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone, products bought. To deliver your order and keep accounting records (basis: contract, legal obligation). Kept 10 years for invoices.
- Newsletter: email or WhatsApp number, only if you tick the box. Unsubscribe at any time (basis: consent).
- Country: your IP address is used to guess your country, to show the right currency and delivery dates. It is not stored.
- Statistics: we count pages seen, country and device type anonymously, without tracking cookies and without storing IP addresses (basis: legitimate interest, improving the shop).
Who receives your data
Stripe (card payment), our fulfilment supplier (packing and sending the parcel), the carrier (delivery) and our host Contabo (Germany). We never sell your data.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: session (cart), security and your country choice. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Only one cookie asks for your consent: if you arrive from a reseller's link or a friend's invite, a small notice asks whether we may remember that link (usually 30 days) so the reseller is credited or you both get the invite reward. If you say no or do not answer, nothing is remembered. Your answer is kept in a cookie (13 months for yes, 6 months for no).
